Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds invites motivated individuals to join its 12-month Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee program. The training blends field-based mentorship with classroom courses at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, covering dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.

80-100% travel during training is expected with overnight stays. Upon completion, trainees relocate to a territory to become Sales Professionals, responsible for meeting quotas and selling Reynolds products

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of training.

Responsibilities

• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and become a Sales Professional.
• Achieve monthly and annual quotas selling Reynolds products and services.
• Sell to new and existing customers in the assigned territory.
• Work with Sales Mentor during field-based training and in classroom settings.
