Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hard-working Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12 month sales training program with field and classroom components located at Reynolds University, Dayton, OH.

After completing training, you will relocate to an assigned territory to become a Sales Professional, responsible for meeting quotas by selling automotive software, marketing services, and promotional products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel (80-100%) during training.
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of training.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean record in last 3–5 years.

Responsibilities

• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and become a Sales Professional.
• Meet monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services to new and existing customers.
• Sell to automotive industry clients with software, marketing, printed forms and promotional products.
