Job summary

Superb Flooring & Design in Troy, MI is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth across Southeast Michigan. You will prospect, build relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners, and manage opportunities from initial contact to project completion.

The role is primarily onsite and field-based, with base salary plus uncapped commission (OTE $50K–$150K+). You’ll attend showroom visits, convert inquiries, and expand a robust client book while leveraging the showroom

Qualifications

• Outside sales or business development experience in flooring/construction.
• Ability to generate new business independently.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing full sales cycle and closing deals.
• Valid driver license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel throughout Southeast Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities across Southeast Michigan.
• Prospect builders, contractors, developers, and homeowners.
• Conduct cold outreach, networking, job-site visits, referrals, and relationship-building.
• Manage a sales pipeline and close deals.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and pricing; negotiate contracts.
• Track projects through installation to final delivery; maintain CRM notes.
