Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in construction/home services.
• Proven track record of generating new business independently.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Willingness to travel throughout Southeast Michigan and work in multiple environments.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities across Southeast Michigan.
• Prospect builders, contractors, developers, property managers, designers, and homeowners.
• Conduct cold calling, canvassing, and site visits to build a pipeline.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and estimates; negotiate contracts.
• Close residential, commercial, builder, and contractor opportunities; manage CRM updates.
