Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to drive new business growth within a defined territory. You will prospect, qualify, and close multi-year service agreements, while coordinating with operations for smooth onboarding and delivery of presentations on uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility services.

Formación

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience in relevant sectors such as uniform rental or industrial services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing full sales cycles.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching and feedback.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to meet auto insurance requirements.

Role:

Qualifications & Skills

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services
• Proven success in exceeding sales targets and managing full sales cycles
• Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching and feedback
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record; willingness to meet auto insurance requirements
