• Prospecting and qualifying leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
• Conducting on-site assessments and presentations for various facility services
• Developing tailored proposals and securing multi-year service agreements
• Maintaining accurate client information and activity in CRM
• Achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborating with service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding

Qualifications & Skills

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services
• Proven success in exceeding sales targets and managing full sales cycles
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching and feedback
• Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle and clean driving record
