Empire Today in West Sacramento, CA is seeking motivated sales professionals to meet face-to-face with customers in their homes and help select flooring products. Hot leads and a strong brand will support your success.

This 100% commission role offers commission bonuses and incentives, with average first-year earnings around $50k–$70k and top performers earning well over $100k. You receive paid training and benefits options, plus a direct seller contract and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: valid driver’s license and a vehicle with room for sample boards.
• Self-generated sales per month earn higher commissions.
• Attend sales meetings and training in-person and virtually.

Requirements:

• Valid license to drive locally to meet Empire's customers in their homes and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards


• Minimum of 2 self‑generated installed sales per month, which pay at higher commissions


• Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually


• Availability for evening & weekend appointments


• Direct Seller Contract


• Delivery of excellent customer service


• Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations


• Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel.
