Job summary

A leading flooring company is seeking motivated Outside Sales Consultants to meet with customers in their homes. This role offers uncapped commission potential, competitive earnings of $50k - $70k in the first year, and includes paid training. Ideal candidates will possess strong sales experience and a valid driver's license. Flexibility for evening and weekend appointments is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and vehicle for local travel to customer homes.
• Minimum of 2 self-generated installed sales each month.
• Ability to attend sales meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Valid license to drive locally to meet Empire's customers in their homes and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards
• Minimum of 2 self-generated installed sales per month, which pay at higher commissions
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually
• Availability for evening & weekend appointments
• Direct Seller Contract
• Delivery of excellent customer service
• Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations
• Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel.
