Job summary

Empire Today is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to meet customers in their homes, recommend flooring solutions, and close sales. The role offers a 100% commission structure with performance bonuses and paid training to accelerate your earnings.

Hot leads and a strong brand enable rapid earning potential, with typical first-year earnings ranging from $50k to $70k, and top performers earning well over $100k. Weeky pay and a broad benefits offering are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to meet customers face-to-face in homes.

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for home visits.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Valid license to drive locally to meet Empire's customers in their homes and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards
• Minimum of 2 self-generated installed sales per month, which pay at higher commissions
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually
• Availability for evening & weekend appointments
• Direct Seller Contract
• Delivery of excellent customer service
• Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations
• Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel.
