Empire Today in Mount Laurel, NJ is seeking an in-home sales consultant to meet customers where they live and help them choose flooring solutions. You''ll leverage a strong brand, pre-qualified leads, and your sales skills to drive conversions.

The position features a 100% commission structure with commission bonuses and incentives, plus paid training and access to benefits under the Direct Seller contract. Earners typically range from $50k–$70k first year, with top performers surpassing $100k.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Valid license to drive locally to meet Empire's customers in their homes and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards
• Minimum of 2 self-generated installed sales per month, which pay at higher commissions
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually
• Availability for evening & weekend appointments
• Direct Seller Contract
• Delivery of excellent customer service
• Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations
• Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel.
