This role offers an exciting opportunity to meet customers in their homes, providing flooring estimates and working with pre-qualified leads. The consultant will earn a commission-based salary, typically between $50,000–$70,000 in the first year, with exceptional earners exceeding $100,000.

Key responsibilities include presenting flooring options, making cold calls, and leveraging the Empire brand to generate referrals. The position requires a valid driver's license and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a vehicle capable of carrying flooring sample boards.
• Minimum of 2 self-generated installed sales per month.
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments.

Empire Today is looking for driven, energetic sales professionals to meet customers in their homes and provide flooring estimates. You will work with pre‑qualified leads and generate revenue through referrals and prospecting additional customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes to present flooring options and provide estimates.
• Leverage the Empire Today brand to secure referrals and prospect new customers.
• Make cold calls and follow up on hot leads within a 1‑hour radius.
• Attend sales training and meetings both in person and virtually.
• Utilize electronic tablets and measuring devices during sales presentations.

Compensation

100% commission plus commission‑bonus opportunities. Outside Sales Consultants typically earn $50,000–$70,000 in the first year, with top performers earning over $100,000.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and a vehicle capable of carrying flooring sample boards.
