Responsibilities

• Meet clients at their homes and provide in‑home flooring estimates.
• Generate additional business through referrals and prospecting customers.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually.

Compensation

• 100% commission with commission bonus opportunity.
• Typical first‑year earnings $50,000–$70,000; top earners over $100,000.
• Uncapped commissions paid weekly.

Requirements

• Valid driver license and vehicle with room for flooring sample boards.
• Minimum of 2 self‑generated installed sales per month, which pay higher commissions.
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments.
• Use of electronic tablets and measuring devices for sales presentations.
