Overview

Empire Today is looking for go-getters to meet face-to-face with our customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs. Hot leads generally within a 1-hour radius. Customers have called Empire and asked for an in-home flooring estimate. You can use the strength of the well-known brand to generate more money through referrals and prospecting additional customers. This role offers uncapped commissions, commission bonuses and incentives, and access to great benefits. A paid training program is provided.

Responsibilities

• The role is 100% commission with commission bonus opportunity. Outside Sales Consultants on average earn $50k - $70k in the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k.
• Represent a quality brand in the industry and engage customers for flooring solutions.
• Have access to pre-qualified leads and opportunities for referrals.
• Uncapped commissions, paid weekly.
• Paid training and various schedule options.
• Toolkit to help you develop community-based sales and a company apparel stipend.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, a vehicle with room for roughly 50 sample boards, and the ability to drive with sample boards.
• Valid auto insurance.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually.
• Business Development: achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales.
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Ability to use a tablet device and laser measuring device to facilitate diagramming and contract preparation.
• Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel.
