Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to sell digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. The role offers unlimited earning potential with a base salary, uncapped commissions, bonuses, and benefits.

In this hybrid role, you will service clients in the Philadelphia area, develop a book of business, conduct needs assessments, and present websites, search/display ads, reviews, social ads, and SEO to help businesses grow.

Compensation

Year 1 on‑target earnings: $95,000–$105,000. Year 2 on‑target earnings: $112,000–$132,000. (All figures are on‑target and may increase via commissions and bonuses.)
