Job summary

Hibu in Florida's Vero Beach area is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales professional to drive digital marketing solutions with a hybrid work model. You'll earn a base salary plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with strong earning potential through client growth.

In your first year, target earnings are $100,000–$120,000, followed by $132,000–$152,000 in year two as you expand your book of business and leverage our partnerships with Google, Amazon, and others.

Responsibilities

• Sell digital marketing solutions via partnership selling.
• Handle websites, ads, reviews, social ads, and SEO.
• Cold-call business owners in a set territory to schedule meetings and assess needs.
• Grow your book by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions.
• Deliver virtual and in‑person prospect presentations.
• Build strong client relationships across diverse industries.

• Selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
• Websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO
• Cold‑calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
