Job summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales professional in the United States to sell digital marketing solutions, with a base salary, uncapped commissions, and full benefits in a hybrid home-office and in-field role.

You will develop your book of business, prospect new clients, deliver virtual and in-person presentations, and grow toward leadership opportunities with structured training and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Sell digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Products include websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO.
• Cold-call business owners and prospect within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
• Grow own book of business, earn residual commissions by retaining clients through account management.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries.

Compensation

• Year 1 on-target earnings $90,000-$100,000 with uncapped commissions and bonuses.
• Year 2 on-target earnings $106,000-$122,000.
• Base salary, expense allowance, mileage reimbursement, and uncapped earnings through commission and bonuses.
