Job summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Maryland to drive digital marketing solutions for small businesses. You will sell a suite including websites, search ads, display ads, and SEO, while building a robust book of business.

Training starts with classroom and field sessions, then ongoing support as you grow revenue and relationships. A competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and benefits are offered in a hybrid home/field role.

• Cold‑calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions through strong account management.
• Perform virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across a variety of industries.
