JP McHale Pest Management, LLC, an Anticimex Company, is expanding its New York City branch with a dynamic Outside Sales Representative. The role focuses on B2B pest management sales, daily prospecting by phone and in person, and building a robust pipeline through referrals and targeted outreach.

Competitive base pay plus commissions with unlimited earning potential, and a strong culture that emphasizes training and long-term growth. Base range is $45,000–$75,000 with OTE over $100,000.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience or track record in new business development.
• Ability to generate new business opportunities and prospect daily.
• Comfort with networking/referrals and professional service organizations.
• Proficiency using a CRM to track and measure sales activity.

Responsibilities

• Sell B2B pest management services to new clients in NYC area.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
• Network and refer within professional circles to grow pipeline.
• Prospect daily by phone and in-person in Manhattan.

Job Description: Outside Sales Representative Location: New York, NY Base Pay: $45,000 - $75,000 + Commission (Salary Dependent on Industry Specific Experience) OTE = $100,000+ JP McHale Pest Management, LLC, an Anticimex Company, is one of the top professional pest control companies nationwide. Position Responsibilities

• Business to Business (B2B) sales
• generate new business opportunities
• Network/Referrals with existing clients, professional service organizations
• Prospect daily by phone and in-person
• Utilize a CRM to track and measure all sales activity
