Responsibilities

• Representing a quality brand in the industry serving customers for over 60 years.
• Meet with customers, provide in-home flooring estimates, and determine best product solutions.
• Prospect and manage leads to drive sales with pre-qualified opportunities.
• Operate as a Direct Seller Contractor and drive earnings.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually.
• Delivery of excellent customer service and use of electronic tablets and measuring devices in sales presentations.
• Represent Empire branded apparel when meeting customers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to drive locally and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards.
• Minimum of 2 self-generated installed sales per month, which pay at higher commissions.
• Availability for evening & weekend appointments.
• Direct Seller Contract and ability to drive earnings.
• Attends sales meetings and training sessions in person and virtually.
• Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations.
• Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel.
