Job Overview

We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to sell digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. The role involves prospecting, presentations, and account management within a hybrid sales environment.

Compensation

Base salary plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.

Year 1 on‑target earnings: $90,000 – $109,000.

Year 2 on‑target earnings: $122,000 – $140,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions such as websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO.
• Cold‑calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
• Growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions for client retention.
• Performing virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects.
• Building strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries.
