Holland Roofing is seeking an experienced Commercial Outside Sales Representative to grow our repair and maintenance roofing business in Indianapolis and surrounding areas. This field-based role offers strong earning potential and long-term stability.

You will prospect new accounts, maintain client relationships, inspect roofs, and track opportunities in RoofScope, with a base salary starting at 60K plus commissions and six-figure OTE.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years outside B2B sales experience.
• Construction or building services experience preferred.
• Ability to access rooftops and job sites.
• Valid driver’s license.
