Job summary

Nations Roof is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to drive new business and strengthen client partnerships in the Indiana market. This hybrid role requires local and regional travel to meet building owners, property managers, developers, and contractors.

You will collaborate with estimating and operations, deliver tailored proposals and presentations, and guide projects from qualification through delivery while maintaining proactive client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years sales experience in commercial construction contractor roles.
• Proven ability to prospect, close new business, and grow accounts.
• Understanding of the commercial sales cycle and project lifecycle.

• 2–5 years sales experience working for a commercial construction contractor (Roofing, Paving, HVAC, Electrical, etc.).
• Proven ability to prospect, close new business, and grow accounts.
• Understanding of the commercial sales cycle and project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally for client meetings and events.
