Job summary

Nations Roof LLC in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to drive new business development and strengthen client partnerships within the regional market. This hybrid role requires you to reside in the greater Indiana area and to travel locally for client meetings.

You will prospect and close opportunities, present proposals, and collaborate with estimating and operations teams to ensure accurate project scope and delivery, while building long-lasting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years sales experience working for a commercial construction contractor (Roofing, Paving, HVAC, Electrical, etc.).
• Proven ability to prospect, close new business, and grow accounts.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally for client meetings and events.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Regional Sales Representative to drive new business development and strengthen customer partnerships within the commercial roofing and construction market. Requirements

• Proven ability to prospect, close new business, and grow accounts.
• Understanding of the commercial sales cycle and project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally for client meetings and events.
