A roofing solutions provider is seeking a Commercial Outside Sales Representative based in Atlanta, GA, to grow its commercial roofing repair and maintenance business. This role requires 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction. Responsibilities include prospecting clients, maintaining relationships, inspecting roofs, and meeting sales goals. The position offers a base salary starting at $60K annually plus commissions, vehicle allowance, health insurance, and other benefits.

Commercial Outside Sales Representative – Commercial Roofing

Territory: Atlanta, GA and surrounding areas

We are hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial roofing repair and maintenance business. This is a field-based role with strong earning potential and long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new commercial accounts
• Maintain relationships with existing clients
• Inspect roofs, identify issues, and propose repair solutions
• Track opportunities and activity in RoofScope
• Meet or exceed sales goals

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years outside B2B sales experience
• Construction or building services experience preferred
• Ability to access rooftops and job sites
• Valid driver’s license

Base salary starting at 60K annual+ performance commissions with the potential of six figures OTE
