Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a results-driven Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer) to join our hybrid team in Allentown, PA. As a full-time W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you’ll meet with qualified homeowners, deliver in-home presentations, and close high-ticket roofing, siding, windows, and doors.

Typical first-year earnings range from $150K to $200K with uncapped commissions and bonuses; top performers exceed $300K.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.

Location: Hybrid work schedule in Allentown PA

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

• Present financing options and close sales
