Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors in Allentown, PA is seeking a driven Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!). This full-time, W-2 outside sales role is hybrid, meeting with 8–12 pre-qualified homeowners each week to present solutions and close high-ticket projects.

You’ll inspect homes, propose roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors, discuss financing options, and build lasting relationships while participating in ongoing sales training and earning uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle.
• Ability to meet with homeowners and present solutions.

Responsibilities

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses

Location: Hybrid work schedule in Allentown PA

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.
