Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Home Remodeling Expert to close in-home sales on a hybrid schedule in Allentown, PA. You will meet with 2 to 3 qualified homeowners daily, present roofing and exterior solutions, and close high-ticket deals.

As a full-time W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you’ll earn uncapped commissions with typical first-year earnings of $150K–$200K and top performers at $300K+. The role emphasizes pre-qualified appointments and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.
