Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!). This full-time role offers uncapped commissions with first-year earnings target of $150K-$200K and top performers earning $300K+.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Weekend availability (6 days/week)
• Industry experience is a plus

Average First‑Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses

Location: Hybrid work schedule in Cherry Hill, NJ

As a full‑time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you will meet with 8‑12 pre‑qualified homeowners each week, deliver in‑home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high‑ticket sales.
