Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a full-time, in-home sales closer in the Allentown, PA area. You will meet with 2–3 pre-qualified homeowners daily, inspect homes, and present financing options to close high-ticket roofing, siding, and window projects.

The role offers uncapped commissions, bonuses, and a hybrid work schedule with training and advancement opportunities. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30–90 minutes from home).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.
