Home Genius Exteriors in Allentown PA is seeking a Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!). This full-time, W-2 outside sales role involves meeting with pre-qualified homeowners, delivering in-home presentations, recommending roofing, siding, windows, and closing high-ticket sales.

You'll earn uncapped commissions with first-year earnings of $150K-$200K and top performers $300K+. The position offers a hybrid schedule and ongoing sales training.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.
