Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a results-driven Remodeling Expert to close in-home sales. You’ll meet homeowners, present roofing and remodeling options, and secure high-ticket contracts.

This full-time, hybrid role in Allentown PA offers uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits after 30 days, and ongoing sales training.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; drive times 30–90 minutes from home.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset and proactive approach.
• Weekend availability required (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2–3 qualified customers daily to present solutions.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close high-ticket sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships and manage post-sale follow-up.

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses

Location: Hybrid work schedule in Allentown PA

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.
