Statewide Windows in Tea, South Dakota is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our business across Sioux Falls and surrounding communities. You will meet with homeowners, assess needs, and guide them through product selections and estimates with a consultative approach.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday with possible evenings, offering a competitive salary plus commission and a range of benefits. You’ll represent a local company focused on energy-efficient home improvements.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, personable, organized, and comfortable asking for the sale.
• Previous outside sales, in-home sales, construction, or home improvement experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and prospective customers to assess needs.
• Present products, features, benefits, and options clearly.
• Measure project areas and gather information for proposals.
• Prepare accurate estimates and guide customers through the sales process.
• Follow up with prospects to move opportunities forward.
• Generate new opportunities through referrals, networking and prospecting.
• Maintain records of leads, appointments, proposals, and sales activity.
• Coordinate with office, ordering, and installation teams for smooth delivery.
