Job summary

Groundworks Company is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Sioux Falls, SD. This full-time in-home consultative sales position focuses on assessing homeowner needs, performing inspections, and designing foundation repair and water management solutions.

You will lead consultations in the field with the support of our brand and training resources. You'll travel within your territory, build a book of business from warm leads, and close sales on site.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-based or B2C/in-home sales is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Develop and maintain a book of business using warm leads.
• Diagnose homeowner issues and present solution options.
• Close sales in the home and manage post-sale relationships.
• Report to home branch and participate in team initiatives.
