Statewide Windows is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our business across the Sioux Falls area and surrounding communities. You will meet homeowners, present product options, and guide them through proposals and installation coordination.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, consultative selling, and meeting or exceeding sales goals with a weekday schedule and some evening appointments based on customer needs.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building skills with homeowners and partners.
• Proven sales experience, preferably outside/home improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prospect and generate new opportunities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking activity.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners to assess window and home improvement needs.
• Present products, features, and options clearly.
• Measure project areas and prepare accurate proposals.
• Follow up with prospects to move deals forward.
• Generate referrals through networking and community involvement.
• Coordinate with office and installation teams for a smooth process.
