Statewide Windows in Tea, SD is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to meet homeowners, assess needs, and guide them through the sales process from inquiry to completion.

You will represent the company in the community, develop new business, prepare proposals, and coordinate with installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. A strong sales background and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in outside or in-home sales is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, follow-through, and CRM/basic computer skills.
• Ability to manage a sales territory, work independently, and maintain a professional appearance.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with homeowners and prospective customers to assess window and home improvement needs.
• Present products, features, benefits, and options in a clear, professional manner.
• Measure project areas and gather information for accurate proposals and estimates.
• Build customer confidence through consultative selling and good communication.
• Follow up with prospects and customers to move opportunities forward.
• Generate opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
• Maintain records of leads, appointments, proposals, and sales activity.
• Coordinate with office, ordering, and installation teams to ensure a smooth experience.
• Stay informed about company products, pricing, promotions, competitors, and trends.
• Represent Statewide Windows at homes, events, trade shows, and sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed established sales and revenue goals.
