You will manage your territory, balance field time with team collaboration, and drive growth through relationships. Expect 3+ years in sales, a comfort with CRM andMicrosoft Office tools, and a proactive, people-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Ability to build relationships with builders, contractors, remodelers and architects.
• Comfort with field work, travel, and dynamic priorities.
• Proven ability to convert conversations into sales.

Responsabilités

• Develop relationships with builders, contractors, remodelers, and architects throughout the Cheyenne area.
• Prospect, network, generate leads, and turn conversations into sales.
• Understand customer needs, recommend solutions, and help customers make confident buying decisions.
• Manage multiple projects, follow up quickly, and maintain momentum in the sales process.
• Own your territory, relationships, and sales pipeline while hitting targets.
