You will conduct face-to-face meetings, present benefit options, and manage enrollment and support across a field-based, independent contractor framework. Strong self-motivation and organizational skills are essential for sustained success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in sales, customer service, or business development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person meetings and benefit presentations for employees and leadership.
• Identify client needs and recommend supplemental coverage options.
• Support enrollment, follow-up, and claims questions.
• Maintain accurate records using company CRM.
• Prospect new business via referrals, field outreach, and appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set performance goals.
• Track daily and weekly activity.
