Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to work directly with business owners in a local territory. The role combines consultative selling, relationship management, and ongoing client support as an independent contractor.

You will conduct in-person benefit presentations, identify client needs, and assist with enrollment and follow-up while maintaining CRM records. The position offers travel within the territory and uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within a structured system.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person meetings and benefit presentations for employees and leadership teams.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate supplemental coverage options.
• Support clients with enrollment, follow-up, and claims-related questions.
• Maintain accurate records using company CRM systems.
• Prospect new business through referrals, field outreach, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish performance goals.
• Track and report daily and weekly activity.
