Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person meetings and benefit presentations for employees and leadership teams.
• Identify client needs and recommend supplemental coverage options.
• Support clients with enrollment, follow-up and claims questions.
• Maintain accurate records in company CRM.
• Prospect new business through referrals and field outreach.
• Collaborate with leadership to set performance goals.
• Track daily and weekly activity.

Education
