Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling in Orlando, FL is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business and expand relationships with businesses, municipalities, and community partners. You will identify opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and tailor waste and recycling solutions to customer needs.

You'll collaborate with Operations, Finance, Customer Experience, and others to ensure a seamless onboarding and ongoing service, while meeting or exceeding revenue targets and

Qualifications

• 1+ years of outside sales, business development, account management, or relationship management experience.
• Proven ability to generate new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Bilingual abilities are a plus (English/Spanish or English/Creole).
• Experience selling B2B services, waste and recycling, transportation, construction, or environmental services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow your territory.
• Prospect daily via cold calling, networking, referrals, site visits and community involvement.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Meet with prospective customers to understand operations and tailor solutions.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and service recommendations.
• Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and contract terms.
• Build lasting customer relationships with excellent service before, during, and after the sale.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and other departments for seamless onboarding.
• Maintain accurate activity, forecasts, and CRM data.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities.
• Represent Coastal Waste & Recycling at events and meetings.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and revenue targets.
