Lansing Building Products, LLC is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our contractor and builder client base in the assigned territory. You will develop new business, educate customers on our materials, and nurture relationships to exceed sales targets.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in territory management, a background in building materials or wholesale sales, and experience with CRM tools. This is a full-time on-site role based near Dulles Town Center.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of territory management experience in B2B outside sales.
• Experience using CRM software to manage sales activity.

Responsabilidades

• New Business Development: identify and prospect clients within territory and manage leads.
• Customer Meetings: meet face to face and educate contractors, remodelers, and builders on products/services.
• Relationship Building: establish and maintain long-term client relationships and offer solutions.
• Sales Reporting: use Salesforce or CRM to track and report sales activities.
