Lansing Building Products, LLC is seeking a positive, motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in prospecting new business and relationship building while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Base salary plus uncapped commission, company car with personal usage and all expenses paid, and tools like laptop and cell phone are provided. This role emphasizes new business development within a defined territory.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in territory management, B2B outside sales, with a focus on new business development.
• Experience with CRM software to manage and track sales activity.
• Familiarity with Building Materials, Construction, or Wholesale Territory Sales.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• New Business Development: Identify and prospect clients within your assigned territory and develop & manage leads, through 8–10 daily sales appointments.
• Customer Meetings: Meet face to face and educate contractors, remodelers, & builders on our products/services, demonstrating the value and benefits for their organization.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and proactively offering solutions
• Sales Reporting: Utilize Salesforce to track and report on sales activities.
