Job summary

Lotus Pest Control is seeking motivated Outside Sales Representatives to visit homes, assess needs, and sell pest protection solutions. Training is provided, and the role offers an hourly base pay plus commissions in a fast-growing company.

You'll inspect homes, present service options, and work with technicians to grow revenue while building lasting customer relationships across MO and AR metro areas.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to obtain required state licenses and certifications.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 5–6 home inspections per day.
• Recommend solutions for pest, termite, moisture, and attic concerns.
• Present service options and close sales based on customer needs.
• Work with service technicians to identify additional opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships and complete annual termite inspections.
• Track appointments, inspections, and sales in FieldRoutes.
• Attend daily sales training and team meetings.
