Job summary

Lotus Pest Control is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to inspect homes, recommend pest and home protection solutions, and help homeowners protect their investments. No pest control experience required—training provided.

The role offers hourly base pay plus commission, company-provided equipment, professional training, and ongoing support. Travel to Springfield/Joplin, MO metro and AR metros may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Motivated, coachable, results-oriented attitude.
• Interest in sales and helping customers find solutions.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to obtain required state licenses and certifications.
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 5–6 home inspections per day.
• Recommend solutions for pest, termite, moisture, and attic concerns.
• Present service options and close sales based on customer needs.
• Work with service technicians to identify additional opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships and complete annual termite inspections.
• Track appointments, inspections, and sales in FieldRoutes.
• Attend daily sales training and team meetings.
