Job summary

Lotus Pest Control is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to inspect homes, recommend pest and home protection solutions, and help homeowners protect their investments. Training provided; No prior pest control experience required.

You will earn hourly pay with commission and have opportunities for growth across multiple metro areas in MO and AR. Expect to work around 40 hours per week, conduct inspections, present service options, and close sales while maintaining strong client

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 5–6 home inspections per day.
• Recommend pest and home protection solutions based on inspection.
• Present service options and close sales with customers.
• Collaborate with service technicians to identify additional opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships and complete annual inspections.
• Track appointments, inspections, and sales in FieldRoutes.
• Attend daily sales training and team meetings.
