Lotus Pest Control is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to inspect homes, recommend pest and home protection solutions, and close sales in the Springfield/Joplin, MO metro and nearby areas. The role involves no prior pest control experience required, as training is provided.

You will earn an hourly base pay plus commission, with 10% commission on one-time services and 15% on recurring revenue, along with company-provided equipment and ongoing training.
