Job summary

Lotus Pest Control is seeking an Outside Sales Representative who will inspect homes, present pest and home protection options, and close sales with homeowners. No pest control experience is required—we provide training and support to help you succeed.

You will conduct home inspections, recommend solutions, and work with service technicians to identify additional opportunities. A base hourly pay plus commission structure rewards performance and growth within a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Motivated, coachable, results-oriented attitude.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to obtain required state licenses and certifications.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but candidates from customer service backgrounds are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 5–6 home inspections per day.
• Present service options and close sales based on customer needs.
• Recommend pest and home protection solutions.
• Maintain customer relationships and complete annual termite inspections.
• Track appointments, inspections, and sales in FieldRoutes and attend daily training.
