Job summary

Lotus Pest Control is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to inspect homes, recommend pest protection solutions, and help homeowners protect their investments. No pest control experience is required—we will train you and offer hourly base pay plus commission in multiple Missouri and Arkansas metro areas.

You will conduct 5–6 home inspections daily, present service options, close sales, and collaborate with service technicians to uncover additional revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Motivated, coachable, results-oriented attitude.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to obtain state licenses and certifications.
• Previous sales experience is a plus; open to customer service backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 5–6 home inspections per day.
• Recommend solutions for pest and home protection needs.
• Present service options and close sales based on customer needs.
• Work with service technicians to identify additional opportunities.
• Track appointments, inspections, and sales in FieldRoutes.
• Attend daily sales training and team meetings.
