Lotus Pest Control is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to inspect homes, recommend pest control and protection solutions, and close sales with homeowners. Training is provided and no pest control experience is required.

You'll earn an hourly base pay plus commissions on one-time and recurring services, with a compensation structure that rewards performance. This role reports to the sales team and involves travel across Springfield/Joplin, MO and Arkansas metros.

Responsabilités

• Conduct approximately 5–6 home inspections per day.
• Recommend pest and home protection solutions.
• Present service options and close sales based on customer needs.
• Work with service technicians to identify additional opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships and complete annual termite inspections.
• Track appointments, inspections, and sales.
