Lotus Pest Control is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to inspect homes and sell pest control solutions across MO and AR metro areas. You’ll earn hourly base pay plus commissions and receive paid training to start quickly.

The role involves presenting options, closing sales to protect homeowners’ investments, and collaborating with technicians to uncover additional needs. No pest control experience is required—we’ll train you.

Qualifications

• No pest control experience required; training provided.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic math skills for calculations and pricing.
• Willingness to obtain required state licenses and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 5–6 home inspections per day.
• Present service options and close sales based on customer needs.
• Work with service technicians to identify additional opportunities.
• Track appointments, inspections, and sales in FieldRoutes.
• Attend daily sales training and team meetings.
